This was a track I created in 2016 after becoming quite sick. My band was falling apart, and I felt as if I was dying. The original song written to it was about human survival. It was an okay song, but I felt it just wasn't quite there.

One of my close friends and fellow musicians kept encouraging me to work on the track and maybe to write a new song to it. I decided to give it a go and the next morning had this song written.

It speaks to the struggle to become better when you're questioning everything and feeling trapped under the weight of it all. I hope it can provide something for those who need its message.
